Returns & Refunds

BATIK UK will Refund your order as long as they meet the following conditions;

All customers must notify us by emailing at cs@batik-uk.com with the order number and email address used to purchase the item(s).

All customized, made to order items CANNOT be returned.

All SALES items are refundable unless specified otherwise, we will deduct £2.99 delivery charges from the refunded amount.

BATIK UK can not refund/exchange orders placed with any sales channel other than www.batik-uk.com

Please note that items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are not eligible for exchange or return. All such sales are final. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

 

Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or refund which will exclude postage costs.

Please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed from the day you return the products. 

Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

All items are inspected before dispatch, however, should you receive a faulty or incorrect item please contact us and send the item(s) back to us at the returns address in an unworn condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

All items are checked when returned and if we find that your item is faulty, we will refund you the full cost of your product including your original delivery charges. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products. You will receive an email confirming the refund and the original order value with the refunded amount.

After you receive the refund confirmation email, please allow for at least 5 working days for the money to be placed back into your account.

Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore we do not have any control over the described time frame.

If your card has expired or has been declined we will arrange for another method of payment.

Return Delivery Charges

We do not provide a "FREE RETURN" service meaning all charges in regards to returning the goods will be the customers’, unless faulty, then we will bear the cost of the return (as per statutory rights). In the unlikely circumstance that you receive a faulty product, you will need to contact us before proceeding with the return.

Notification of Receipt of Your Return

Once your returned order has been processed by our warehouse team, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know. 

If you do not receive an email from us within 14 days, please contact us on cs@batik-uk.com and we will look into this for you.

Statutory Rights

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our return policy

How to Return

You can return the purchased goods with any courier or postal service e.g. Post Office, DPD, Hermes etc. Please ensure sufficient tracking and insurance is provided as we aren’t liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
